A complete kit featuring the RWS Roof & Wall Scanner for instant, non-destructive evaluation of moisture conditions deep within wall and roofing systems. The Building Survey Master Kit features the multifunctional Tramex MEX5 digital moisture meter allowing for non-invasive testing of moisture conditions in numerous building materials such as drywall, wood, plaster, brick, ceramic tiles, resilient flooring, laminates and roofing. The MEX5 and reusable Ambient Relative Humidity Hygro-i2 Short Probe allow for testing relative humidity, temperature and dew point in the environment. When used in conjunction with the infrared surface thermometer, detrimental condensation conditions conducive to microbial growth can also be identified. The heavy-duty pin-probes measure moisture content in wood, and the insulated inch pins allow for deep wall cavity probing. Concrete slab relative humidity testing to ASTM F2170 can also be performed with reusable relative humidity Hygro-i2 probes and hole liners(optional).

The Tramex RWS Roof and Wall Scanner is a multi-mode non-invasive impedance scanner designed for the instant, precise and non-destructive evaluation of moisture conditions and leak tracing in roofing per ASTM D7954 and in wall systems of the building envelope. For non-destructive moisture evaluation of Roofs, EIFS, foam insulation systems & other building envelope applications. To evaluate the extent of the moisture problem and help trace and pin-point its source. Multi-mode functions allowing for depth penetration and sensitivity selection. FEATURES OF THE MEX5 MOISTURE AND HUMIDITY METER
The Tramex MEX5 Moisture and Humidity Meter is a hand-held digital moisture meter calibrated for most building materials. It also attaches to an optional plug-in Tramex Hygro-i2 ® relative humidity probe and heavy-duty pin type electrodes. Suitable for many industries including Water Damage Restoration, Flooring, Indoor Air Quality, Home Inspection and Pest Control.
FEATURES OF INFRARED THERMOMETER - IRT2
The IRT2 is a handheld, dual laser, non-contact Infrared Thermometer with 12:1 distance to spot ratio and audible and visible high/low set point alarms. It is used to measure and display surface temperatures within the range of -50°C to 650°C (-58ºF to 1202ºF) and has an accuracy of approximately 1 to 1.5%. The IRT2 has a fast response time (0.15 sec) and is powered with a 9V battery and complies with Class II UK/EU laser safety standard EN60285.
