The TESTPRO SGD-CO1000 Carbon Monoxide personal monitor uses electrochemical CO sensing technology to ensure fast, reliable measurements up to 1,000 ppm. The built-in audible, visual, and vibrating alarms immediately alert the user when unsafe conditions exist, and the HIGH/LOW alarm thresholds can be adjusted to meet any compliance standard (OSHA, NIOSH, ASHRAE, etc.). Additionally, up to 1,000 measurements are automatically recorded into memory, each with a time and date stamp.
Designed for field use, the SGD has been engineered for performance in harsh conditions and features an IP65 rating, rubber over-molding for drop protection, and a large backlit LCD for easy viewing in low light environments. A heavy-duty alligator belt clip and lanyard loop allow for several mounting options, and the large 2000 mAh battery will last up to 24 hours on standby. Additionally, both 12-volt and 120-volt chargers are included.
The SGD is an affordable alternative to traditional industrial CO detectors which often cost 2 to 3 times more and have fewer features. Plus, the SGD-CO1000 is tested in the USA with NIST certified calibration gas to ensure 100% accuracy before shipping - something no other manufacturer provides (at least not free of charge).
