Optimized for building envelope, restoration and roofing applications. The new Fluke TiR1 and TiR Thermal Imagers are the perfect imagers for building envelope, restoration and remediation, inspection and roofing applications.
IR-Fusion Technology See things both ways - infrared and visual (visible light) images fused together communicating critical information faster and easier - traditional infrared images are no longer enough. IR-Fusion, a patent-pending technology that simultaneously captures a digital photo in addition to the infrared image and fuses it together taking the mystery out of IR image analysis. IR-Fusion is standard on TiR models.
WHY would you buy a TiR or TiR1?
It's a rugged, reliable, complete thermal imaging solution.
- Non-invasive detection of leaks and moisture intrusion in walls, floors, ceilings and other building structures
- Spot energy loss and insulation gaps quickly
- IR-Fusion® technology, available only from Fluke, fuses infrared and visual images making problems easier to see and report
- Excellent thermal sensitivity for seeing even small temperature differences (which could indicate problems)
- Rugged and reliable. Engineered to withstand a 6.5 foot (2 meter) drop
- Temperature measurement range optimized for building diagnostics applications
- SmartView analysis and reporting software (with free upgrades through life of product)
- Removable 2 GB SD memory card for easy storage and transfer of thermal and visible images
- Display: 640 x 480 large 3.6 inch (9.1 cm) diagonal color LCD display (landscape format)
- Complete solution includes hardware and software to get you going
- Affordable for fast return on investment
Which model is right for you?
- TiR is suited for those who want to conduct quick scans when measuring in detail or conducting further analysis may not be necessary (e.g. home inspectors, facility management)
- TiR1 is suited for those who want to go a step further investigating problems into more detail probably in a more structured way and in more challenging environments
When to select a TiR1 vs. a TiR?
- If you need a better image quality to look at problems in more detail
- View more subtle temperature differences with a 70mK thermal sensitivity (vs 100mK on the TiR)
- Use more IR-Fusion viewing modes and more color palettes to investigate the image in different ways
- If you want to throw away your paper and pencil
- Speak into the camera and record comments associated with the measurement/image
- If you want to go beyond qualitative images and measure temperatures more accurately: 2% accuracy vs 5%
- Adjust the emmissivity depending on the object under measure
- Use hot and cold markers in addition to the center point measurement
